Hotel Biskupsky Dum (The Bishop's House) is a quality hotel in the centre of Prague, in the Lesser Town, only 60 meters from the Charles Bridge. The history of the house dates back to the Romanesque period. In the late 12th century, the powerful bishop, Prince Jindřich Břetislav, had a vast court built as a new bishop?s seat on the left bank of the Vltava river. The hotel consists of two buildings each with its own reception and breakfast room. The rooms are different however all of them are equipped with television, bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, safe and minibar. Some rooms have decorated ceilings.
