Welcome: Since its opening in 1958, the Jalta has always been one of Prague's premier hotels and a favourite venue for both local residents and visitors to the city. Restaurants: Traditional first-class cuisine is available for hotel guests and also for clients of the Congress Centre at "Jalta", specializing in Czech cuisine, and "Teppanyaki Jalta", which features Japanese specialties. The hotel lobby has a summer terrace providing special selection of refreshments and there's a great new sushi bar.

Conference: The Congress Centre, with a total capacity of 250 persons, consists of the main congress hall, and the whole complex is connected to a terrace over Wenceslas Square. All rooms are air-conditioned, with natural daylight. They are equipped with all the necessary equipment. A nice touch that adds to the atmosphere is that each of the lounges, "Bouda", "Filla" and "Tichư", are named after famous Czech painters and showcase important paintings by each.
