Between 1998 and 2000 there was a complete renovation, sensitively conducted so as to preserve the original feeling and as much of the original structure as possible. Restaurants: The cosy atmosphere of the hotel is aptly augmented by a stylish grill club on the ground floor offering the best of Spanish, French and Argentinean cuisine and by a cocktail bar with jazz and Latino music in the subterranean vaults.
