CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Individuals: If you do not show up at the hotel and you have not cancelled the reservation in our office we will charge you the full amount. If you cancel within 48 hours of your planned arrival date we will charge you for 1 night.
Groups: (from 15 pax.):
5 weeks - 20 days prior arrival …………………………30% of the total price of ordered services
20 - 15 days before arrival.……………………………...50% of the total price of ordered services
14 - 8 days before arrival ……………………………….75% of the total price of ordered services
7 - 0 days before arrival or no-show of the client …… 100% of the total price of ordered services
NOTE: In case that the paid service is not provided the whole amount will be returned to the customer.
NOTE: According to the law we need your credit card information confirmed by your signature, therefore the order form sent by e-mail will not be accepted. Please be sure to send it by fax. We apologize for this inconvenience, but please be aware, that all these arrangements are to protect you.

* = The three digits number printed on the back of your card after your credit card number. Since 01-04-2001 this has to be mentioned, as it is a new procedure of VISA and EURO/Mastercard.
