Welcome: Residence Nosticova provides luxury accommodation in a romantic area of the Lesser Town (Mala Strana). It is a Baroque historical district of Prague at the foot of the Hradcany Castle. This 17th century building was recently remodelled to modern standards and opened its operations in the autumn 1997.
Very careful attention has been given to the creation and design of this small, private and very comfortable residence. We recommend this residence for those who would like an exclusive and private stay, away from the beaten path but also close to the best of Prague. It is an ideal place for a family or a business stay.

Location: The Residence Nosticova is located on a quiet, secluded cobblestone street, a five minutes walk from the famous Charles Bridge. A very nice but small park can be found only a stone throw away and of course the Vltava river is also only a few minutes away.

Rooms: There are 10 apartments ranging from studio to three-bed room apartment. Each suite is equipped with antique furniture, well chosen works of art, bathroom with bath and some with a full kitchen. Every apartment has its own name and character. The roof top Imperial suite, with a balcony; an outstanding views of "Mala Strana" is one of the best located suites in the entire city.

Restaurants: An Italian bar on the ground floor serves a good cup coffee or espresso to help you get started in the morning and also buffet breakfast is available. Plenty of restaurants can be found only a short distance away.
