Location: Karlin is an area that has been reconstructed on a large scale, following the floods of 2002. There are many parks and new restaurants, and it is just a short walk from Casa Italia to Florenc, a major metro station and international bus depot.

Rooms: All apartments are different and unique: they vary in colour schemes from pink to green, the furniture is all new but quirky - in the fun-loving Italian way. Bathrooms and kitchens are tip top, everything works and is clean. There are original paintings and murals in every room. The apartments are unforgettable, and very unusual.
