Welcome: "Alice Apartments" is situated in a 5-storey building near the Metro stop Florence and is run by a very friendly staff. The building has 10 newly renovated flats furnished and decorated to suit all tastes and comfort standards. The complex offers very competitive prices.

Location: The Metro stop Florence is close by and will transport you to the centre in 5 minutes. It is also possible to walk from the apartments to the centre of city in about 10 minutes. Taxis can be arranged and trams frequently stop at Florence.

Rooms: Both one and two bedroom flats are available for the guests. The bigger apartments (5 and more persons) have a kitchen, dining area, sitting space and bathroom with shower and toilet. The flats vary in shape and size and therefore they have different sets of facilities and conveniences. These include an electric cooker, a fridge, pots and pans, etc., a Sat TV, phone, double or twin beds (all arrangements possible), and soundproofed windows.

Restaurants: There are many restaurants in the neighborhood.

Services: For those with disabilities or the elderly, the first floor apartments are suggested as there is no elevator at present and the flight of stairs might be too much beyond the first floor. Although street parking nearby is available, it is recommended that the Hotel Hilton parking facilities be used.
